# LaunchPad Approvals

LaunchPad Approvals, available on Growth and Scale plans, streamline the review and sign-off process, replacing informal communication loops with structured workflows.

## Approval Workflow Steps

1. **Send for Review**: Use the LaunchPad Approvals panel to send documentation for review. Enter the stakeholder's email and send an optional message. Reviewers receive an email with a review link; no account is needed.
2. **Reviewer Response**: On the review page, reviewers can read, comment inline, or request changes. Approval unlocks the Export button.
3. **Writer Notification**: Writers receive notifications on approval or requested changes, prompting review. Comments are visible inline for resolution.
4. **Export Unlocking**: Post-approval, the Export button becomes active for authorized publication.

### Approval Overrides

You can override approval locks if necessary. A wizard will appear asking the reason for audit purposes which is filed with the company org admin.

### Commentary and Re-review

Reviewers can provide context-specific inline comments. If changes are requested, the reviewer gets notified post-revision for subsequent review.

## Review Reporting

Admins on Growth and Scale plans can access review reports showing approval metrics and histories.
